At whaau.shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As part of STEAN GROUP LIMITED, we adhere to strict consumer protection standards.
1. 30-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD (UK & EU)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@whaau.shop with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you must contact us at support@whaau.shop.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe) within 10 business days.
5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
