This website is operated by STEAN GROUP LIMITED. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to STEAN GROUP LIMITED. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. ONLINE STORE & INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We operate in compliance with UK Consumer Law, GDPR, Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and US eCommerce regulations.

3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING (STRIPE)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities.
Taxes & Duties: For international orders (USA, EU, Australia, etc.), the customer is responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or sales taxes that may apply upon arrival.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to the USA, Canada, Latin America, Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates.
STEAN GROUP LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or local postal strikes.

5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

UK/EU Customers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
Faulty Products: If a product is defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
Process: To initiate a return, you must contact admin@whaau.shop first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on whaau.shop, including logos, images, and text, is the property of STEAN GROUP LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall STEAN GROUP LIMITED be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
